Dr. Irina Steenbeek is a seasoned data management practitioner with over 16 years of experience specializing in implementing data management frameworks for mid‑sized organizations and advancing data lineage practices. Her background spans ERP and DWH/BI system implementations, management consulting, financial and business controls, and data science. She has worked with global, large, and mid‑sized organizations across sectors such as finance, professional services, and IT.
In 2016, she founded Data Crossroads, a training and coaching company that helps organizations improve decision‑making and business performance by strengthening control over their data assets.
Irina emphasizes a pragmatic, transparent, and methodical approach to data management and has shared her expertise through multiple publications, including The O.R.A.N.G.E.
